WE ARE
OneBody Southampton Summit
7th October 2026 10am-2pm
Join us as we gather to worship the Lord together, pray, and seek his face for how he is calling us to work together for his kingdom in Southampton.
Who we are
OneBody Southampton is a network for all churches, Christian organisations and Christians in Southampton, drawn together by our shared faith, hope and love in Jesus.
Our vision is to see God’s Kingdom come in Southampton as in heaven.
We aim to:
cultivate connections between Christians, leaders and organisations – e.g. we hold monthly lunches for leaders; we encourage Christians in different work sectors (e.g. business, health, education) to come together
catalyse collaboration between different churches and organisations – e.g. prayer initiatives for the city; mission projects across the city; a mapping project
co-ordinate communication so Christians across the city can be encouraged by what God is doing and hear of relevant events or projects:
We don’t run big events. We help provide the networks and communication channels for initiatives that bring churches, Christian organisations and Christians together:
Praying together across the city
God’s kingdom will only come in Southampton as in heaven as we pray for our city.
We have an app where any Christian can map the areas they have been prayer walking in. Wouldn’t it be great to see the whole city, street by street, being prayed for in Jesus’ name?
Sign up to see the latest progress and join in:
Or download the app and pray your part...
With the App you can mark the routes you have prayed or you can live track as you pray. You can also add specific prayer needs for the areas you are praying for.
Recent Events across the city
OneBody Southampton Summit
Wednesday 7th October 2026
72 leaders from churches and Christian charities across the city came together to worship and pray together and consider how the body of Christ could work more effectively together for the Kingdom in Southampton.
YouthFest 2026
YouthFest 2026 was an incredible weekend that brought together over 170 young people from 12 churches from across Southampton. Our vision has always been to see young people reached with the gospel and to provide a residential for those young people and churches that wouldn't be able to facilitate this on their own.
Our History
Many of our churches and projects were previously involved with Southampton Christian Network, which was formally closed in 2022. Although the network was closed, it facilitated a project called the learning community which enabled study and relationship building for church leaders in the city through 2022 - 2023.
Following on from the learning community initiative, it was agreed in 2024 that OneBody Southampton would be formed, with a vision to encourage and facilitate unity amongst the churches in Southampton
